On his latest article on a review of 784 cases of his original MIVEL technique for endoscopic facial rejuvenation in 22 years of plastic surgery, prof. A. Gennai stated he used some adjunctive procedures, the most frequent of which was the autologous regenerative therapy through the adipose tissue grafting of with the SEFFI technique (Superficial Enhanced Fluid Fat Injection). The SEFFI technique, developed and published by A. Gennai in 2015, was applied in 80.1% of patients to restore lost volume and to regenerate tissues through stem cells derived from autologous adipose tissue.
